CofCResources.com was developed to serve as an interactive and comprehensive national resource for the churches of Christ. It was developed by Jason and Shannon Currie, graduates of Harding University and active members at the East Allen County Church of Christ (www.eacchurchofchrist.org) in New Haven, Indiana.
The concept for an 'all inclusive' site came about after Shannon had difficulty locating church related materials in early 2007. After speaking with over forty elders, deacons and ministers, Jason recognized the value of building a comprehensive national resource that housed information and materials geared toward mainstream churches of Christ that believe in baptism for the remission of sins, a capella music in worship and male spiritual leadership in both worship services and congregational oversight.
