How is my account and credit card information protected over the internet? The security and privacy of your account information are important to us. Therefore, we use sophisticated 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information from unauthorized users. Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment up to two pounds. Additional fees are applied based on the total weight and preferred delivery method of the package. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Am I required to pay sales tax?
Sales taxes are applied based on the destination of the order and in accordance with all applicable local and state laws. In accordance with Indiana state and local laws, we are required to retain a copy of an "Indiana Nonprofit Sales Tax Exemption Certificate" for all non-profit organizations located within the state of Indiana. What are my shipping options?
We use UPS and the USPS as our main shipping options. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised timeframe.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an "Order Status" update via email. Your "Order Status" update will include your package ship date, tracking information, backorder status (if required) and estimated delivery date. How do I check the status of my order?
We offer online order status. Once you log into your account, click the "Order Status" button and follow the instructions.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Revolving accounts are available for churches, schools, and other organizations. Please click on the Church Account Application to apply for a revolving account.
What is your return policy?
With the exception of Bible School Curriculum, Imprinted items and Dated Material, returns are accepted for full credit up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Any items returned to us after 30 days will be discarded and credit will not be given. All Bible School Curriculum requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned, so please check the packing slip accompanying your item for return directions. We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
What is your Affiliate Program?
Our affiliate program allows you to earn between 5% and 10% of the gross sales on products and materials purchased when you direct customers to our website.
Members of our E-Commerce affiliate program will receive a unique link that should be prominently located on their website. Every time the unique link directs a potential customer to our site, we will track all merchandise and materials purchased during the browsing session and credit the affiliate's account appropriately.
Members of our traditional affiliate program will be assigned a unique affiliate code. Members are encouraged to promote their affiliate relationship and code in newsletters, flyers and other promotional materials. Every time the code is entered during the "Checkout" process, the affiliate will receive credit for all purchases made during that visit.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
In the event one or more of the items in your order are out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay. If you have other items in your order, they will be shipped as scheduled. You will receive an order status email with the scheduled shipping date when the back ordered items arrive available to ship.
How do I establish a revolving credit account?
If you are a church or organization that would like to purchase supplies and materials on a revolving credit account, please complete our Church Account Application. You will be notified via email or fax once your account is established.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is accepted and scheduled to ship, there are limited modifications you can make to that order. If you have a need to change or update your order, please direct your request to

We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Any and all information captured during the account establishment and ordering process will be for internal use only. We never sell or share information such as mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. The only exception to these rules would be when our revolving credit account customers request that we provide a credit or other type of reference to another business that they refer to us on their own accord.
